Minimum of an Associates degree and 5 years systems analysis/application development experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years systems analysis/application development experience.
Strong expertise in SQL Server development, including stored procedures, triggers, and query optimization.
Experience working with .NET frameworks, Python, and scripting languages to support integration and data movement.
A proven ability to understand and enhance large, complex data systems.
Self-starter attitude, with the ability to learn new data models quickly and propose improvements.
Hands-on experience in improving data architecture and supporting business reporting processes.
